Orders are shipped every Wednesday. So if you order before 3pm on a Wednesday, you can expect same day shipping. For domestic shipping (within United States) we use priority shipping through USPS which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. Canadian and international orders are shipped first class and arrival times vary depending on country once shipped.
Return Policy
If any item(s) arrive damaged (i.e. completely broken, shattered cassette case, etc.), please notify us immediately and return damaged item(s). Once item(s) are returned, we will replace said item(s) with a refund of returned shipping costs.
